Chevin Forest School at the Otley Science Fair

Amanda Panda attended the 10th Otley Science Fair at the Courthouse. The children and families enjoyed chatting about the CFS activities, looking at the stuffed animals and making a bow or stick man.

The children and their families had fun making paper fireworks and stuffing the Guy Fawkes to burn on the fire. The firework treasure hunt led the children to the surprise. The toffee apples were just as popular and the sprinkles too. 

Mud and Toffee apples at the October Holiday Club

 The children had great fun drilling pumpkins, making mud pies and slipping down the mud slope. We had a big fire to melt white chocolate for the marshmallow ghosts. Then melted sugar and syrup for the toffee apples. The children then used sprinkles to finish them off.
